Over the decades we have covered almost all areas of strategy consulting and implementation in the financial services sector, from growth to turnaround and in front-, middle-, and back-offices for virtually all relevant business areas. These days we primarily advise asset managers, banks, insurers and real estate companies in relation to strategic positioning, growth initiatives, product and customer strategies and the associated necessary internal and external structures. Wherever possible, we look at the entire process, from beginning to end, in order to realise a high level of effectiveness and efficiency. Another focal point is the consistency of the external and internal appearance with regard to the business culture and expertise.

Corporate finance

The majority of our projects are focussed on growth. This is often associated with an increased demand for equity, debt or mezzanine capital, whose structuring and procurement we can assist with in cooperation with our network partners. Our combination of strategy consulting, expertise in investment banking and our own activities in asset management enables us to prepare effective investor presentations, establish fruitful contacts with private and institutional investors and provide targeted support in the negotiation processes.

If necessary, we consult with additional specialists from our network who deal with the legal and tax aspects, structure the details of the financial transactions or provide the necessary financing vehicles.

Besides capital procurement for business activities, we also act as contact mediators to investors for (independent) asset managers. Thanks to the marketing activities for the asset managers that we co-founded ourselves, we have extensive experience and contacts in this area. We first carry out a detailed due diligence of the asset manager to convince ourselves of the quality of the company and its products.
