Our added value consists of finding or developing investment solutions through innovation and/or by identifying niches in the market, where the risk premium is a smaller portion of the overall return. We typically develop the investment idea, find appropriate partners for the real estate aspects, identify suitable investors and tailor the investment solution to their needs.
